Looks Can Be Deceiving

Think you know everything about the Equalists? Chances are, you don’t know her. Once a faithful and aspiring member of the non-bending organization, Arya has since changed her ways after discovering she was a firebender. It’s been a difficult task to reverse her once hateful attitude towards the elemental community, but she has succeeded in becoming much more than her family’s follower. Now free from the past, Arya uses her talents of bending and Chi Blocking to assist triads who ask for her aid. She’s secretive and doesn’t play by the minimal triad rules, not taking sides for any single group. While this may seem untrustworthy, she is someone that will get the job done as asked, and one can find that she is worth their time.
Friends:
This has always been a struggle for her. Many of the people she knows are those she’s done work for and acquaintances, and any of those she once thought were her friends have turned against her. Therefore, she tries to keep things straight and to the point. She has a cold personality at first, but if you dig deep enough there is an obvious part of her that cares for others, and is willing to form a more relaxed bond, if only with a select few people.
Enemies:
The list grows on and on. Mainly, Arya has her opponents within the Platinum Fist, if not the whole triad. Her betrayal was not taken lightly, and she goes the extra lengths to put a stop to any of their dealings. It isn’t uncommon for people to be wary of her, as her loyalties don’t lie with a single person or group, but if you want to be on her bad side she invites you to the ranks.
Lovers:
A tricky question, as Arya has played plenty of roles and manipulated others in order to carry out her tasks. These went as far as forming relationships with others, but they never lasted. Few carry a mark on her heart, and those that do she tries not to think about. She’s rough around the edges, but catch her interest and keep trying and she’ll turn her attention to it.
